Return/Exchange Policy
At Closet Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

2.2 Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the RA number on the package.
2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2.4 Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within [number] business days.
3. Exchanges
